Cepeda Sports is more than a training organization — it continues a legendary baseball lineage. Founded by Ali Cepeda, son of Hall of Famer Orlando “The Baby Bull” Cepeda, our mission is rooted in a deep family tradition of excellence, mentorship, and love for the game.

Growing up surrounded by the sport at its highest levels, Ali absorbed not just the mechanics of baseball but also the values that come with it: discipline, humility, resilience, and community. After his own professional playing career, he felt a calling to stay in the game and give back to the next generation, not just to create better athletes but better people.

In 2007, he launched Cepeda Baseball, a player development program that quickly gained national recognition. Today, that passion has grown into Cepeda Sports, a full-scale development system working with athletes across both baseball and softball, driven by one goal: to unlock potential and build character through elite competition and intentional coaching.
