The 13U team became a family immediately! The boys from the Dominican teams were so nice. It was a humbling experience as well! The organization was top notch! Thanks to the Cepeda family and Bobby for making this possible for us!

The 11th Annual Orlando Cepeda Caribbean Classic 2027
June 12th-19th, 2027 &
July 17th-24th, 2027
There’s no other place a baseball player would rather visit than the Dominican Republic the heart of baseball, where the game is part of the culture and the passion is felt everywhere.
Established in 2012 by the Hall of Fame Cepeda family, the Orlando Cepeda Caribbean Classic was created to bring young players together through baseball, family, and a shared love for the game. Now in its 11th annual year, the Classic offers players ages 10–17 a chance to train and compete in an unforgettable setting—and gives the whole family a memorable trip to share.
Players will spend time developing their skills and competing, while parents, siblings, and loved ones enjoy a family vacation in Punta Cana. Everyone will stay at the all-inclusive Bahia Principe resort, where families can relax, enjoy the resort, and make memories together between baseball activities.
This is what makes the Caribbean Classic so special: it brings baseball and vacation together. Players get to experience the game in a country known for its passion for baseball, while families get to be part of the journey cheering from the sidelines, spending time together, and experiencing the Dominican Republic as a family.
The event also carries the Cepeda family’s legacy. Since its beginning in 2012, the Classic has been about more than the final score. It’s about creating opportunities for young athletes, building friendships, celebrating the game, and sharing an experience that players and families will remember long after they return home.
Come for the baseball. Enjoy the vacation. Leave with memories your family will talk about for years.

Game on!!!! Absorbing it all in and having a good time at the Caribbean Classic
Being part of this experience was truly amazing — something both the players and we as parents will never forget. I wish every youth baseball player had the chance to be part of an opportunity like this!
My son Carter and his team had an amazing experience at the Cepeda Baseball Caribbean Classic this summer. It was something that we will never forget.
This is definitely a trip to remember not just for our kids but for us as adults. From the friendships made, to seeing the majority of the players at their last game remove their equipment and selflessly give to the opposing team, just left many of us speechless and in tears.
This was such a great time and memorable experience, we look forward to next summer!
