(All prices below are based on the tournament dates outlined. Any additional nights with the resort will be billed at the regular resort rate and will be paid separately.)

Family Package #1 – (1 Player, 1 Sibling [12 & under], + 2 Adult) = $4,999
Family Package #2 – (1 Player, 1 Sibling/adult [13 and above], + 2 Adults) = $5,499
Additional player traveling with another family/adult = $2,200

Payment

Payment Plan: Your total party (family) fees will be divided into 3 monthly installments, starting on September 1, 2025. The final payment is due no later than October 1, 2025. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount upfront.
Installment Amount: Once we know the total number of travelers in your party, we will provide you with the monthly installment amount.
Traveler Information: All families must inform Cepeda Baseball of the total number of additional travelers within 14 days of paying the deposit. Travelers cannot be added after the 14-day deadline without approval, which cannot be guaranteed.

Discount

3-5 Players: $200 discount per player if attending together from the same travel team.
6-9 Players: $300 discount per player if attending together from the same travel team.
10+ Players: $400 discount per player if attending together from the same travel team.
Team discounts cannot be combined with any other discount.
Players must notify us prior to registration to receive the team pricing.

What’s Included

ALL PARTICIPANTS THAT ARE SELECTED ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A NON-REFUNDABLE $300 DEPOSIT. IF THE EVENT IS CANCELED FOR ANY REASON, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

While in the Dominican Republic, all ground transportation to tournament related destinations will be provided.

Guests will stay at the 5-Star Bahia Principe Granda La Romana – La Romana * is a province in the southeast of the Dominican Republic that boasts incredible beaches, such as Playa Nueva Romana, with exquisite bays and unforgettable sunsets where you can enjoy the ultimate in relaxation.La Romana is a small city located between the capital Santo Domingo and the tourist hub of Punta Cana. In addition, it is very close to the islands of Santa Catalina and Saona, both of which offer a wide array of services and activities.

Additional Nights: All participants/guests wanting to stay additional nights in the Dominican Republic can do so at their discretion. All requests will need to be made via email with our team prior to the final rooming list confirmation. Please inquire in regards to nightly fees.

BEACH ACTIVITY

Throughout the vacation, players and family members will have the opportunity to enjoy quality time at the beach.

BASEBALL

All baseball activities. Opening/Closing Ceremonies.

WATER

Cepeda Baseball will provide purified water throughout the week to all participants for games.

What’s Not Included

AIRFARE

All travelers are free to book on whichever airline they choose. There are two airports in the area, Santo Domingo (SDQ) and La Ramona (LRM). The airport in La Ramona is closer, but has fewer flight options depending on where you are travelling from. Transportation to and from the airport is NOT included. Taxis are available or the hotel can make arrangements for a private car or van/bus for larger groups.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Each participant can purchase Travel Insurance at their discretion with a non-affiliated agency. Any player withdrawals that will request a refund will require a serious and compelling reason with supporting documentation of the reason for funds return. Cepeda Staff will review on a case by case basis to determine the prorated return of funds. All tournament fees paid to Cepeda Baseball are non‐refundable unless the trip is canceled by Cepeda Baseball.**

Meals offsite or at non‐scheduled times.

NON-SCHEDULED SIGHTSEEING TOURS BEACH ACTIVITIES:

Beaches in the Dominican Republic are full of activities, including Jet Skis, ocean tours, boat rentals, and much more. This will be at the cost of the individual. PLease visit the hotel’s website for a range of activities they can provide. Also visit Trip Advisor for the top attractions in the area.
