Installment Plan

The remaining balance after the $300 deposit will be paid in four equal monthly installments. The amount of each installment will be calculated based on the package selected during registration. The installment plan is activated once the player and their family have registered for the event. After the deposit is made, you will have 10 days to inform us of the attendees in your party. Once this information is provided, the total fee will be divided into monthly installments. The sooner we know who will be traveling with you, the more time you’ll have to pay the final balance. It is important that the deposit is paid before entering into the installment payment plan. To receive a 10% discount on the total fee, 50% of the total amount must be paid upfront by November 1st.
